The Division of Medical Sciences is committed to nurturing and sustaining a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive community for all graduate students to thrive in their academic and personal endeavors. As a community of individuals from diverse backgrounds encompassing many races, ethnicities, abilities, religions, sexual orientations, and other minority backgrounds, we believe in fostering the next generation of scholars and leaders who reflect this growing diversity of perspectives and life experiences represented in society today. To do so, we work collaboratively with the Harvard Kenneth C. Griffin Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, Harvard Medical School, as well as departments and individuals at the other Harvard schools to provide a wide range of programs and resources designed to foster a respectful, accessible, and inclusive environment where all members of the community can feel that they belong.
