Welcome to the PhD programs at Harvard Medical School!
As the HMS Dean for Graduate Education, I work closely with Johanna Gutlerner, the Associate Dean for Graduate Education and Sam Reed, the Director for Academic Affairs to provide academic, financial, career and personal support for all PhD students at HMS and for each of the PhD programs. The HMS Graduate Education offices are also closely aligned with the team at Harvard GSAS that supports all Harvard PhD students in humanities, social science and life science. We are here to help you navigate your journey as you train and develop your scientific skills, and we look forward to getting to know you.
